Who we are
ProtectMyCrew is an independent referral business based in Pensacola. We help Florida trade contractors and field-service companies get workers' comp, payroll, and employee benefits through Florida-licensed PEOs.
We aren't a PEO, an insurance company, or an insurance agency. The PEO you choose provides the coverage under its own policy, sets the price, and approves your account. Our job is to understand your crew, get you real quotes, and help you compare them with what you pay now.
Why we do this
Small crews in the Panhandle carry some of the toughest comp requirements in the state, and the standard options usually mean a big deposit, an audit bill, and no benefits to offer the people they want to keep. A PEO fixes a lot of that, but most owners never hear about it from someone who'll sit down with them.
Local
We're in Pensacola and can meet you at the shop or the job site anywhere from Pensacola to Panama City. Crews elsewhere in Florida can do everything by phone and email.
How we get paid
If you sign with a PEO, the PEO pays us a referral fee. Quotes are free and the fee doesn't change your price.
Who we don't work with
We don't place roofing or tree-service accounts. Our PEO partners don't write that work.
